At JAL+, we strive to bring you premium-quality home décor products that are thoughtfully crafted and affordably priced. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we’re here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return or refund if:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The product is significantly different from what was described.
- You contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Note: Return requests raised beyond 7 days of delivery may not be eligible.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return/refund, including:
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Products purchased under clearance or final sale.
- Custom or made-to-order items (if mentioned in product description).
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at hello@jalplus.com with your order ID, issue description, and clear photos (if applicable).
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.
- If approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on how to return the item.
Please ensure the product is unused, in original packaging, and securely packed for return.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be made to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund will be issued via UPI/bank transfer after confirmation, within 7 business days.
5. Exchange Option
In case of damages or wrong delivery, we offer:
- Free replacements (subject to product availability), or
- Full refund if the product is out of stock or unavailable for replacement.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them or before they are shipped, whichever is earlier.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may initiate a return instead, if eligible.
